After meeting Dr. Behera we finally saw a light at the end of a long painful tunnel. We felt ridiculous for not going to FTC sooner. The office staff was so fun and nice! The front desk girl was very sweet during our first visit. She made sure we were comfortable and checked in with us every now and then and offered us candy (that really won my husband over!). The other office staff has been so amazing to us. It's not easy having such personal procedures done but I have never felt uncomfortable because the staff has always been so considerate and made me feel relaxed.
Dr. Behera is amazing! I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor in my whole life. Dr. Behera is not any regular doctor, she's special. She made us feel like family and that we were the most important clients she has. She was patient and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed in her office. She took time to listen to us, get to know us, hear our story, and then give us all our options with kindness. She made us feel very valued and important. Dr. Behera goes the extra mile and it is extremely appreciated by my husband and me. I do not know a single other doctor that cares so much about her patients enough to hug them when they enter her office. We felt so special. It's nice to feel as important as family when trying to start a family. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor and we thank our lucky stars to have Dr. Behera in our lives.
